Chef Fernando, "From the age of 15 my career spans over 30 years in the hospitality industry. I fell in love with the culinary arts working casually as a line cook, climbing my way up the cooperate ladder. As a graduate from the Florida Culinary Arts I have worked in hotels, private Golf and Country clubs and started All Season Catering. Going from Hotel Executive Chef to restaurant owner I have seen all aspects of guest service. While working as a Senior Line Cook at Frenchman’s Creek Golf and Country Club for the second time in my life I fell in love, this time with my soul mate, my business partner and mother of my children...my wife. As the relationship grew we knew our dreams had to come true. My wife, a graduate of a Hotel and Restaurant management school in Germany and I working side by side, knew our hard work and dedication could make this happen. We opened Hobos Gourmet Kitchen in 2000 and successfully watched as our dream came true. We are truly a family run and operated restaurantin North Palm Beach for the last 15 years and counting. Besides Breakfast and Lunch we provide Catering Services for any occation, small Business Mettings and Functions to Baby showers, Birthday Parties, Barbecues and Weddings, mention just a few. At any given time you will see at least one of us, most times both of us, standing in the kitchen cooking.
